Our Story
Serving authentic Japanese flavors across the United State
Two brothers from Tokyo set out to bring authentic Japanese sushi to their favorite U.S. city. With a passion for sharing their culture and cuisine, they started their business from scratch in 2000. Today, with eight locations, they make Japanese food accessible to all, offering everything from traditional sashimi to creative rolls infused with a Miami twist.
